For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You are responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have dental insurance we will collect any deductibles and/or co-payments at the time of service. If your insurance company denies a claim, “downgrades” a service, or does not pay as expected then you are responsible for any balance.
