Dr. Casey Allman
Dr. Casey Allman has proudly served the Albuquerque area for more than 20 years. In 2009, he opened Sandia Smiles Dental Center, where he continues to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
As a family dentist, Dr. Allman values the long-term relationships he builds with his patients, many of whom he sees year after year for routine checkups and ongoing care. He is especially passionate about helping patients overcome dental anxiety and creating positive experiences that allow them to feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. Above all, Dr. Allman finds the greatest fulfillment in helping people smile with confidence.
Dr. Allman believes dentistry should never feel rushed. He takes a slower, more personalized approach, ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Patients who are tired of feeling hurried through appointments or pressured by sales-driven treatment recommendations often find his approach refreshingly different. At Sandia Smiles Dental Center, the focus is on listening, educating, and partnering with patients to support their long-term oral health.
Education and Professional Experience
Dr. Allman’s interest in the medical field began at an early age, with coursework in anatomy and physiology during high school and college. While pursuing his undergraduate studies, he also developed a strong interest in family psychology and initially considered a career as a marriage and family therapist. That passion ultimately found its perfect home in dentistry, where he discovered a unique blend of science, hands-on care, and meaningful patient relationships.

Committed to delivering the best possible patient experience, Dr. Allman continually invests in continuing education. Each year, he completes extensive advanced training to stay current with the latest dental technologies, materials, and techniques. His continuing education includes coursework in implant dentistry, advanced material science, patient psychology, and more to ensure care that is both effective and comfortable.
Outside the Office
Originally from Southern California, Dr. Allman attended junior high and high school in Sandy, Utah before settling in Rio Rancho in 2007. He is proud to live and work in the same community, with his home located less than three miles from the office.
Dr. Allman has been happily married to his high school sweetheart for more than 26 years. Together, they have four children, two daughters and two sons, all graduates of Rio Rancho High School. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Allman enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, and reading fantasy novels. He is also an accomplished ballroom dancer and was once a member of the BYU Ballroom Dance Company.
In his downtime, you may find him cheering on college football (especially the Lobos), volunteering at his church, or enjoying a refreshing drink from his favorite local soda shop, FiiZ Drinks in Rio Rancho.
